Iford Manor near Bradford-on-Avon. This picture is a detail of the Italianate gardens created by Harold Peto at Iford Manor. These unassuming gardens create a very peaceful and soothing effect on its visitors. They are not considered to be one of England's major gardens, so those who do find their way here will be treated to an uncrowded and leisurely day spent in a jewel-like setting in the Wiltshire countryside.
